
EQUIPMENT RENTAL PROGRAM DETAILS
Welcome to FloorMechanics.com Equipment Rental Center! Our equipment rental program is as simple and straight forward as possible. Below are the basics of how it works. Read the full rental agreement for all details.

Place your order by calling us at 800-372-5090.

Your card will be authorized and charged for the rental price and a $350.00 DEPOSIT. Once all equipment is returned in good condition, your credit card refund will be processed within 24 hours for the amount of the deposit. The net amount charged to your card will be the rental agreement amount for the equipment per our contract. Any late fees or fees for damage will be deducted from the deposit. If all equipment is not returned within 60 days the unreturned equipment will have been purchased by you, and the purchase amount will be deducted from any credit and/or deposit which would have been due upon the return of the equipment.

We record the serial numbers of the equipment and note that on your contract. We will not accept replacement or substitute equipment for a rental return.

We will ship the equipment and accessories to you by FedEx Ground.

We will include a return shipping label in the shipment so you will not have to pay return shipping for the equipment back to FloorMechanics.com. If you lose or destroy the shipping label we will send a new label via FAX or email for a $10 processing charge.

Rental Start Date/Time: The FedEx delivery time of the last piece of equipment on your order will mark the start of your rental period for all equipment covered by the contract.

Rental End Date/Time: The FedEx scan date/time on the return package will mark the end of the rental period. If all products are not shipped together, the date/time of the LAST package - not the first - to be returned will mark the end of the rental period for ALL items covered by the contract.

If any equipment malfunctions we will supply a replacement via FedEx Ground shipping following an attempt to troubleshoot by phone.

NOTE: WE DO NOT COVER THE COST OF EXPRESS SHIPPING for either outbound or inbound shipments of original orders or replacement equipment. Express shipping is available for an additional cost - contact us for a quote.
