FedEx Ground Shipping is FREE for all Water-Based Finish, Sealers, and Fillers delivered to destinations in the continental U.S.   Hawaii and Alaska will be charged standard shipping costs.  We deliver on Saturday to residential locations.

We deliver to US destinations within 1-4 business days depending on your location. Orders placed before 1pm EST Monday - Friday for items in stock usually ship the same day upon order verification.  Orders placed on Friday after 1pm EST and on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday or next non-holiday business day.

Shipping for most of our products is free and will be noted in the item's description. For a few of our products such as wood flooring, tools, videos, and non-waterborne products, shipping to destinations in the U.S. will be based on product weight and dimension. 

Oil-Based liquids require additional charges due to flammability.

FloorMechanics.com reserves the right to select final choice of carrier (FedEx Ground is our primary carrier).

SATURDAY DELIVERY - Saturday Delivery is available for residential deliveries.  Delivery schedules are not guaranteed, but FedEx Ground delivery is available on Saturday for "Home Delivery" shipments.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to insurance and liability constraints.

** Payment by American Express, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, and Visa credit cards accepted without surcharge.

**  Personal checks are accepted but funds must clear before the products are shipped. 

**   Due to the high cost associated with C.O.D. orders, we cannot accept this method of payment. We are taking this step to maintain our ability to offer our customers the most competitive prices available.

- Return Policy -

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects. If an item proves to be defective within 15 days of the date of your invoice, we can assist with the repair or exchange of that item for you, according to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.  If you wish to return a product that is unopened, you may return it for exchange or refund within 15 days of your invoice date (if permitted by manufacturer’s return policy). If you have opened the product and/or broken any factory seals, the product cannot be returned.  Sale items and items that have been used are non-returnable and non-refundable. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

All requests for a Return Authorization must describe the reason for the return. Returns will NOT be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Once you have been issued a Return Authorization number, you must ship the product so that it reaches our Returns Processing Center within 10 days. All Return Authorization numbers must appear on the shipping labels.

** Special Orders and Sale Items cannot be returned for refund. All items must be returned with original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, accessories, components, etc. Incomplete returns will result in a delay of your refund, and possibly a refusal of your return.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.

Refunds on returned products will be subject to deductions for outbound shipping charges for the original shipment plus a restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) or $10.00, whichever is greater.

We are not liable under any legal theory for consequential or incidental damages arising from shipping delays, system downtime, or for any loss, damage, or expense arising from product malfunction or defect . This disclaimer in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Other restrictions may apply.
